How do I return/exchange?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Clothing can be returned and must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, stain free, with all original tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If we find defects in the merchandise, signs of wear or odors, we reserve the right to deny your return.
- Shoes are eligible for return and must be unworn, in it's original condition. Please do not put tape or stickers on the shoe box. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted.
What items are ineligible for return?
- ALL free gifts and promotional items
- ALL accessories including jewlery, handbags, and undergarments are FINAL SALE
- ALL mystery bags are FINAL SALE
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Bodysuits and all items with built in undergarments are FINAL SALE
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Are there any charges for returns?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my store credit?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and store credit will be issued to you within 10 business days.
How can I get a refund?
- ALL purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL eligible returns are processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
