All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Store credit issued only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We generally process orders immediately once received and therefore cannot honor cancellations.
To make a return, visit our Returns Portal HERE and enter your email address and order number.
ALL returns must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of your shipment to be eligible for store credit.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns.
What items can be returned for store credit?
Clothing and shoes can be returned and must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, stain free, with all original tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS. If we find defects on the merchandise, signs of wear, or odors, we reserve the right to deny your return.

How soon will I get my store credit?
Store credit will be issued to your email we have on file within 7 business days of receipt of your package.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
